A folder per client, in a data centre in the EU, with a hosting company named in the data processing agreement.
European law only
Microsoft must hand over data when an American court orders it, even from a European data centre. A European hosting company is outside that reach.
No more attachments in the mail
Clients put bank statements and payroll documents in their own folder through an upload link. Nothing lingers in a mailbox.
We take care of the security
Phishing, ransomware, a laptop left on the train. Whether something like that stops your office depends on what was set up beforehand. This is in every workplace we manage.
When a client asks how you are secured, you get a short description per part to send along.

Word and Excel files edited in the browser, with several colleagues at once.

How the move works
Free scan
We look at your mailboxes, client folders and packages, and what needs to move. You get a report with a fixed price.
Trial week
Two or three colleagues work for a week in the new setup, with their own mail and client folders. What they notice, we fix first.
The move
Mail, calendars and client folders move over a weekend, never in the week of a filing deadline. After that we can help at your office.
Management
Updates, backups and help on working days. You call the same person who set it all up.
What it costs
One fixed amount a month for the whole office. You pay for the move once, and the scan before it is free.

Does our accounting package keep working?
Yes. Exact Online, Twinfield, Snelstart and Nmbrs run in their own cloud and do not need Microsoft 365.
How do clients hand in their documents?
Through an upload link to their own folder in Nextcloud, with a password and an expiry date if you want. It replaces the mail attachment and WeTransfer.
Does Vite Fait look in our client folders?
Only when you ask us to for a fault, and that then goes in the log.
Do we have to stop using Excel?
No. Collabora opens .xlsx in the browser. Keeping Excel on the laptop needs a separate Office licence without Microsoft 365.
Will my colleagues notice much?
They work in the same client folders, with the same addresses and calendars. What is different, we can show them at your office. For further questions there is a ticket system that works by email.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign it before anything moves, and you can request the model in advance.
