Leave Google for a setup of your own in Europe
We move your mail, Drive, calendars and documents from Google to a setup in a European data centre. Everyone keeps their address, their folders and their appointments, and after that you call one person you know.
What you get back
European law only
Google must hand over data when an American court orders it, even from a European data centre. A European hosting company is outside that reach.
Your documents as files
Google Docs keeps documents in a Google format. After the move every document is a .docx or .xlsx that opens in any program.
You know where everything is
In a data centre in the EU, with a hosting company named in the data processing agreement. When a client asks, you name the place.
We take care of the security
Phishing, ransomware, a laptop left on the train. Whether something like that stops your office depends on what was set up beforehand. This is in every workplace we manage.
When a client asks how you are secured, you get a short description per part to send along.

How the move works
Free scan
We look at your accounts, shared drives and calendars and what is in them. You get a report with a fixed price.
Trial week
Two or three colleagues work in the new setup for a week, with their own mail and folders. What they notice, we fix first.
The move
Mail, calendars and Drive move over a weekend, and Docs become Office files on the way. After that we can help at your office.
Management
Updates, backups and help on working days. You call the same person who set it all up.
What it costs
One fixed amount a month for the whole office. You pay for the move once, and the scan before it is free.

Do our Google Docs come along?
Yes, as .docx, .xlsx and .pptx. Collabora opens them in the browser, and so do Word and Excel. The version history of a Docs file is lost.
Does our email address stay the same?
Yes. Your domain comes along, and we switch the DNS records at the moment the mail moves.
What do we use instead of Google Meet?
You call with Nextcloud Talk, in the browser or in the app. Someone without an account joins through a link.
What happens to our Google subscription?
You cancel it yourself, once the move has been checked. Until then everything stays at Google, so nothing gets lost.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign it before anything moves, and you can request the model in advance.
