Balance does not reconcile
Data extraction for accounting firms
Statements, invoices, payment provider settlements, cash sheets: send the pdf, receive a file your package reads. Checked on totals and period, and processed on our own infrastructure inside the EU.
Security
Transfer and storage are encrypted. Processing runs on our own infrastructure inside the European Union, and no document goes to an external AI service.
Source files are deleted after a fixed period; what remains is a log per job. If you would rather not send email, I set up an encrypted transfer instead.
What
Bank and credit card statements, purchase and sales invoices, settlements from Mollie, Stripe, Bol and Shopify, cash and receipt sheets, rent schedules and timesheets. If it leaves a system as pdf because that system will not give you CSV, it is a document for me.
Back you get Excel, CSV, MT940, CAMT.053, CODA or UBL, or an import file for Exact Online, Twinfield, Snelstart, e-Boekhouden or Moneybird.
A parser per issuer and per layout. It knows where every field sits, while an OCR model guesses again on every page. I deliver the data; the books, the categories and the advice stay with you.
How
Two or three pages of a statement are enough. No account, no call, no portal to log in to.
Within a day you know whether the layout is straightforward or awkward, and in which format you get it back.
One-off work per issuer and per layout. Every following batch from the same bank is then a matter of minutes.
The file has to reconcile against the statement itself: opening balance, closing balance, period and totals. Anything that does not is flagged.
In the format your package reads, with a short summary of what was processed and what deserves a second look.
After delivery they are deleted within a fixed period. Your clients remain yours, and their documents do not sit here.
A fixed amount per month for all your clients, or per job for loose batches. Whoever starts with one batch usually comes back with the next.
Checks
The objection to most extraction tools is rarely that they read a figure wrong. The objection is that they report nothing about it. You find out three weeks later, while reconciling.
So every delivery is reconciled against the statement itself: opening balance, closing balance, period and totals. A line that does not fit is flagged, not estimated, and not quietly corrected.
Every delivery comes with a short summary: which checks ran, which lines are flagged, and why.

AI or human
A model in doubt fills something in and does not report it.

FAQ
Bank and credit card statements, purchase and sales invoices, settlements from payment providers and marketplaces, cash and receipt sheets, rent schedules and timesheets. What counts is the layout: it has to be possible to pin it down per issuer.
Excel and CSV, MT940, CAMT.053, CODA and UBL, and import files for Exact Online, Twinfield, Snelstart, e-Boekhouden and Moneybird. Name your package and that is the format you get back.
Yes. I work from the Netherlands and per document rather than per country: a Belgian or Luxembourg statement is a layout like any other, mixed French, German and English included. If your package wants CODA, that is the output.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, processed on our own infrastructure inside the European Union, and never shared with an external AI service. Access is limited to whoever carries out the job, and every action is recorded in the log.
Until a fixed period after delivery. They are then deleted and only the log remains, without the documents themselves. If you want a shorter period, we record it in the data processing agreement.
Yes, and it is signed before a single file is sent. You can request it beforehand at the address at the foot of this page and read it first.
Then I adjust the parser; there is nothing for you to do. An issuer changing the format of its pdf is my problem, and it is covered by the monthly amount.
Yes. Alongside Dutch, also German, Spanish, Polish, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic, including right-to-left text, Arabic-Indic digits and CJK layouts, which is where most tools give up.
Within one working day, and usually the same day for a test batch. For a recurring monthly batch we agree on a fixed day.
Send two or three pages of a statement your bank will not hand you as CSV. You receive it converted, with an honest verdict on whether the layout is straightforward or awkward.
