Since 15 August 2026, clients covered by the Cyberbeveiligingswet ask how their suppliers are secured. We set up your workplace so you can show where your data is, who can reach it and how the backups run.
What you have in hand
An answer per question
For each part a short description of what is in place: storage, access, updates and backups. You send it along with the questionnaire.
Access you can show
Everyone signs in with a code on the phone. A log shows who signed in when, and a leaver is locked out the same day.

The risk assessment and the policy stay yours, and we give no legal advice. We supply the technology and the description of it.
The software behind the workplace
Open source, in a European data centre. You can name each part in a questionnaire.
Word and Excel files edited in the browser, with several colleagues at once.

Where the data is
In a data centre inside the EU, with a European hosting company named in the data processing agreement.
Who can reach it
Everyone signs in with a code on the phone. We switch off a leaver on the day you tell us.
Updates and backups
Security updates go on straight away. An encrypted backup every night, and we test that it restores.
When something happens
You hear about it without undue delay, with what happened and what we did. You need that for your own report.
What it costs
One fixed amount a month for the whole office. You pay for the move once, and the scan before it is free.

Since when does the Cyberbeveiligingswet apply?
Since 15 August 2026. It implements the European NIS2 directive and replaces the Dutch Network and Information Systems Security Act.
Does the act apply to my office itself?
Usually not. It covers organisations in eighteen sectors, usually from fifty employees. Whether you are covered, you assess yourself or with a lawyer.
Does a managed workplace make us compliant?
No. It covers part of the duty of care: access, updates, backups and where the data is kept. The policy and the risk assessment stay yours.
What do I answer on a client's questionnaire?
What is actually in place. For each part we supply a short description you can send along.
Do we have to leave Microsoft for this?
The act does not ban American software. You do have to explain your risks, and with a European workplace the CLOUD Act is one you no longer need to explain.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign it before anything moves, and you can request the model in advance.
Who does the work?
