We move your channels and conversations from Teams to Element or Nextcloud Talk, in a European data centre. Your teams keep the same channels, old chats stay searchable, and after that you call one person you know.

You know where your talks are
Teams holds questions about clients, shared documents and recordings. After the move they sit in a data centre in the EU, with a hosting company named in the data processing agreement.
European law only
Microsoft must hand over data when an American court orders it, even from a European data centre. A European hosting company is outside that reach.
Your conversations are not tied down
Element runs on Matrix, an open protocol that governments in Europe use as well. You can take your conversations to another provider, including away from us.
We take care of the security
Phishing, ransomware, a laptop left on the train. Whether something like that stops your office depends on what was set up beforehand. This is in every workplace we manage.
When a client asks how you are secured, you get a short description per part to send along.

Everyone signs in with a password and a code on their phone. A leaked password on its own opens nothing.

Encrypted, to a second location in the EU, and we test that it can be restored. Earlier versions of every file are kept.

Free scan
We look at your teams, channels and shared files and how you use them. You get a report with a fixed price.
Trial week
One team works in Element or Talk for a week, with the same channels it had in Teams. What they notice, we fix first.
The move
Channels and files move outside office hours, and the old chats stay searchable in an archive. After that we can help at your office.
Management
Updates, backups and help on working days. You call the same person who set it all up.
What it costs
One fixed amount a month for the whole office. You pay for the move once, and the scan before it is free.

Can outside parties join a conversation?
Yes. In Talk through a link in the browser, without an account. In Element another organisation on Matrix can join a shared channel directly, and otherwise through an invitation.
Can we still meet clients who use Teams?
Yes. You open a Teams meeting invitation in the browser, without a Teams account. Your own meetings you plan in Talk.
Is the chat encrypted?
In Element, direct messages and private channels are encrypted end to end, so even the server cannot read them. In Talk the traffic is encrypted and the messages sit on your own server.
Does the old chat history come along?
As a searchable archive. You can read old conversations back, and new ones start in the new channel.
Do mail and files have to move at the same time?
No. Teams can go first, and mail and files follow when it suits you. Until then you keep using them at Microsoft as you do now.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign it before anything moves, and you can request the model in advance.
