Security
What happens to your files
Transfer and storage are encrypted. Processing runs on our own infrastructure inside the European Union, and no document goes to an external AI service.
Source files are deleted after a fixed period; what remains is a log per job. If you would rather not send email, I set up an encrypted transfer instead.
What
From KBC pdf to a file that imports
You get the KBC statement back as Excel, CSV, CODA or CAMT.053, or as an import file for the package you run.
A parser per issuer and per layout. It knows where every field sits, while an OCR model guesses again on every page. That is why page 400 reads the same as page 1.
How
How it works
Send a KBC statement
Two or three pages are enough. No account, no call, no portal to log in to.
I convert it
Into the format your package reads. Name the package and that is the output.
Checked before it is sent
The file has to reconcile against the statement itself: opening balance, closing balance, period and totals. Anything that does not is flagged.
The source files are removed
After delivery they are deleted within a fixed period. What remains is the log of the job.
Monthly or per job
A fixed amount per month for all your clients, or per job for loose batches. Whoever starts with one batch usually comes back with the next.
Checks
What does not add up leaves flagged
The objection to most extraction tools is rarely that they read a figure wrong. The objection is that they report nothing about it. You find out three weeks later, while reconciling.
So nothing leaves here unchecked, and a line that fails a check is flagged rather than filled in with an estimate. Every delivery comes with a short summary of what was processed and what deserves a second look.

Pricing
Pricing
A fixed amount per month, with a page limit per tier. Within that limit a busy month costs what a quiet one costs, and nothing is added per page.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about KBC statements
Can I not download a KBC statement as CODA myself?
For a current account you have access to, often yes. It breaks down on older periods, on clients who supply nothing but the pdf, on credit card overviews and on accounts you have no access to. Those are exactly the cases this is for.
Which formats do you deliver for KBC?
Excel and CSV, CODA and CAMT.053, and an import file for the package you run, as long as you say which package that is.
Do you handle statements from CBC and KBC Brussels?
Yes. Name the account and I assess the layout before you send the batch, because that differs per series rather than per brand.
How is my clients' data secured?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, processed on our own infrastructure inside the European Union, and never shared with an external AI service. Access is limited to whoever carries out the job, and every action is recorded in the log.
How long do you keep the KBC statement?
Until a fixed period after delivery. It is then deleted and only the log remains, without the document itself. If you want a shorter period, we record it in the data processing agreement.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes, and it is signed before a single file is sent. You can request it beforehand at the address at the foot of this page and read it first.
Do you handle other banks as well?
Yes. The work is in the layout rather than in the country: send two pages of the bank in front of you and within a day you know whether it is straightforward or awkward. Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg statements all come past here.
Send a KBC statement and see for yourself
Two or three pages of a statement your bank will not hand you as CODA. You receive it converted, with an honest verdict on whether the layout is straightforward or awkward.
